Produced for us by Chainstich (one T), each patch is meticulously made by hand. Chainstitch embroidery is a mid century embroidery technique originally used for the customization of garments pre computerized embroidery. Once these bespoke patches are made, they are gently appliquéd to the jacket. These were the types of cast iron machines actual vintage varsity jackets were made from. This ensures a hand finished aspect, for a jacket that will last forever.
